For non-urgent or larger works, a quote or estimate is provided whenever the situation allows it.

The intervention is performed depending on availability, access to the site and approval of the work.

Required materials may be charged separately unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms are communicated to the customer before or after the intervention depending on the situation.
